Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA notice)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature (as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — ideally the exact URL(s).
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Designated copyright agent: InvoiceGenerationTool — hello@invoicegenerationtool.com
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who provided it.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)).
Please note
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you’re unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first. For copyright questions that aren’t infringement notices, email hello@invoicegenerationtool.com.
