Do I need to create an account to make an invoice?
No. The entire generator works with no signup — fill in your details and download.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your invoice is built entirely in your browser using JavaScript — nothing you type is uploaded to a server unless you explicitly choose a feature that requires it (like saving a client for later, on paid tiers).
What file formats can I export to?
PDF is the primary export (via the Download PDF button, or your browser’s Print → Save as PDF as a reliable fallback). Word and Excel-compatible downloads are also available from each template’s page.
Can I use this for international clients?
Yes — select your client’s currency in the generator, and use our Currency Converter tool if you need to convert an amount first.
How does invoice numbering work?
The generator automatically suggests the next sequential invoice number (stored locally in your browser), but you can edit it to match your own numbering system at any time.
Is there a limit on how many invoices I can create?
No — the free generator has no invoice cap, no watermark, and no time limit.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes — use the “Upload Logo” button in the generator; it appears on your invoice and in the downloaded PDF.
Does the tool calculate sales tax for me?
